Terms of Use

The ground rules for using gyaanlab.in and our learning resources.

1. Use of the site

By browsing this site you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial study only. You may share a link to any page, but you may not scrape, mirror, or republish our resources without written permission.

2. Who may use the site

The site’s learning resources are meant for school students, and students may browse them freely. Anything that submits personal details — the demo-booking and enquiry forms, resource requests, and the newsletter — must be completed by a parent or legal guardian (or a visitor aged 18+), as each form’s consent checkbox states. Enrolment itself always happens with a parent or guardian, in person at the academy.

3. What you send us

When you submit anything through the site — an enquiry, a resource request, a job application — you confirm the information is accurate, yours to share, and free of anything unlawful, abusive or infringing. We may remove or decline to act on submissions that misuse the forms (spam, impersonation, bulk automation), and we handle all personal data in the submission as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Educational resources

Notes, practice sheets, and mock papers on this site are produced by GyaanLab’s teachers for our students. They are made available freely, on a best-effort basis and “as is”, and are not a substitute for classroom instruction. We do not guarantee accuracy on every solution and welcome corrections by email.

5. Accounts and admin access

Admin sign-in is restricted to GyaanLab staff. Unauthorised access, scraping, or attempts to bypass our authentication are prohibited and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

6. Intellectual property

All editorial content, illustrations, and brand marks on this site are © GyaanLab unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce them in printed or digital form without written consent.

7. Privacy & cookies

How we handle the personal data you share through our forms and the newsletter is set out separately — see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Third-party content

Some pages embed content from third parties — YouTube or Vimeo video players, and a Google Maps view of the campus that loads only when you choose to. Those services are run by their providers under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

9. Liability

We strive to keep the site online and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every record is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, GyaanLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its resources.

10. Changes, severability & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time — the date below shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Contact
